LeapFILE allows for the exchange of documents to and from GCTFCU in an encrypted and secure fashion and is built specifically to ensure reliability and security compliance. Each layer of protection reinforces other layers to create a comprehensive security net that protects data, authenticates users, enforces granular access to information, and automatically produces a detailed audit trail of changes in file custody.

- Go to Garden City Teachers Federal Credit Union’s secure file exchange site, https://gctcu.leapfile.net
- Click on “Secure Upload”
- Enter your name and email address
- Click on “Continue”
- Enter the verification code sent to your email
- Click on “Verify Code”
- Select from the list of available recipients to transfer a file to and click the “Continue” button
- Fill in the Subject and Message fields
- Specify delivery options as appropriate and click on the “Add Files” or “Add Folder” button
- Browse to the file you wish to transfer and once selected click the “Open” button
- Click on “Send” once file(s) are selected
- Once your file(s) are uploaded you will receive a message of “Upload Complete”
PLEASE NOTE: All file attachments will be sent encrypted; however, the Subject and Message/Description/Instruction fields are sent unprotected via email. In an effort to keep your confidential information safe, please do not include any non-public personal information (i.e. financial account number, credit or debit card number, Social Security number, etc.) as it could be subject to inadvertent disclosure.
